Welcome to DoQR SaaS ("Platform"), operated by Unartech Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). DoQR SaaS provides a platform for users to upload product documents, generate permanent QR codes, and host documentation. We strive to provide reliable hosting and seamless access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Content and Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of any documents or files ("User Content") you upload. By uploading User Content, you grant Unartech Solutions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content as required to provide the service.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable laws in India or your jurisdiction.

5. Payments and Refunds

Certain features may require payment. All fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in a specific refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unartech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamilnadu, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tamilnadu, India.
